Our Amazing Team

Jeffrey Lizotte

Raised in Simsbury, is a Cornell graduate whose culinary résumé includes experience at David Bouley's Danube and Eric Ripert's Le Bernardin in New York City. During two years in France, he worked for Bordeaux's La Tupina and the Michelin-starred La Bastide St. Antoine in Grasse.

Tom Gale

Veteran manager of Billy Grant's restaurants, ON20, and many other fine dining establishments in the Hartford Area. Over 20 years experience in the culinary field with an accumen for great food and wine.
